Plaster
Plaster is a building material used for coating, protecting and decorating internal walls and ceilings. It can also be used to create architectural mouldings such as ceiling roses, cornices, corbels, and so on. The most common types of plaster are a composition of gypsum, lime or cement with water and sand.
Floor Screed
A floor screed is usually a cementitious material made from a 1:3 or 1:4.5 ratio of cement to sharp sand. It may be applied onto either a solid in-situ concrete ground floor slab or onto a precast concrete floor unit. It is used to either to receive floor finishes, to encase underfloor heating pipes or to be left as the wearing surface.
